CORE STABILITY:
Did you know that your core which is made up of your obliques, rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, multifidus, pelvic floor, erector spinae & quadratus lumborum…all muscles that stabilize your core and spine.
How can you strengthen these guys? Here are some great workouts you can do at home or at the gym:
3 Sets:
-Front planks hold 30-90 seconds
-Side planks hold 30-90 seconds
-Bridge hold 30-60 seconds
3 Sets:
-Superman’s 20 on each side
-Crunches with knees at 90 degrees 25
-Leg raises 20
I know it seems daunting, however you are very capable of achieving this! Healthy eating habits, proper hydration, monthly chiropractic care and quality sleep will optimize your progress towards a healthier, happier you!
